Henry Franklin Winkler was born on October 30, 1945, in Manhattan, New York. His parents, Harry Irving and Ilse Anna Maria Winkler, were Jewish immigrants who avoided the German Holocaust, moving to the US in 1939.

This 1962 Chevy II was built as a Pro-Touring machine by RPM Hot Rods for repeat customer Gerry Kerna. Nicknamed “The Runt” by builder/designer Curt Ukasik, the Chevy II began life as a little white 6 cylinder car with red interior and hubcaps. In October of 2009 it traveled from Missouri to RPM’s shop in western Pennsylvania.

My name is Al Nosse. I was born in 1942. I started my obsession with cars on October 11, 1954 at the age of 12. At age 15, I started working on my cousin’s friends Dodge D500 and taking auto mechanics in school.
